Cancellation policy:

I understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and I strive to accommodate my clients' needs as best as possible. To ensure efficient scheduling and fair treatment of clients, I have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly request that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer your reserved slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.

Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will forfeit your payment.

No-Show policy:

A "no-show" occurs when a client fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice of cancellation or rescheduling. No-shows disrupt my schedule and prevent me from accommodating other clients who may be in need of my services.

To address this issue, we have implemented a no-show policy:

In the event of a no-show, the client will forfeit the session payment and will not be able to reschedule the missed appointment.

I strive to provide excellent service to all my clients and appreciate your cooperation in respecting my scheduling policies. If you anticipate that you will be unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid being marked as a no-show.

Limited Liability Policy:

Stephanie Chamlee Personal Training, SCPT, strives to provide high-quality services while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of my customers. As part of my commitment to transparency and responsibility, I have established the following Limited Liability Policy:

  1. Limitation of Liability: SCPT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

  2. Extent of Liability: Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no event shall SCPT, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any claims, demands, or damages exceeding the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

  3. Assumption of Risk: By using my services, customers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with such use. This includes but is not limited to risks related to service disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  4. Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless SCPT, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the customer's use of my services.

  5. Disclaimer of Guarantees: SCPT makes no representations or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of my services for any particular purpose.

By continuing to use SCPT services, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this Limited Liability Policy.
